We use high quality fabric that is inherently flame-resistant (we even include a certificate to prove it) so it meets exhibit hall fire code regulations (passes National Fire Protection Association NFPA 701 Small Scale & California Reg#F-50001). This front of this table cover is permanently dye sublimation printed (using extended life dyes) with any content and colours (washable, ironable) into 100% polyester knit premium wrinkle resistant, flame retardant fabric (or optional recycled polyester fabric made from plastic bottles!). We use 220 gsm - grams per square metre - (6.5 oz.yd²) high density premium weight FR fabric for deeper, richer, vivid colours and a more professional appearance. Our fabric's thicker density is over 60% higher than some competitors who's flimsy, thin 137 - 180 gsm (4 oz./yd²) fabric is more see-through, less vibrant, and not nearly as durable! Many competitor's fabric feels like either a cheap nylon flag or a cheap vinyl banner - neither type compares to the quality appearance and feel of our premium fabric. The standard open back drapes over the top, front and sides of a standard trade show exhibit table, and leaves the back of the custom printed tablecloth open to give easy access to storage under the table. The fabric extends about 2" over the back edge of the table, and for open back covers we include 3 plastic table edge clips to hold the cover securely in place on slippery tables. Or you can select the closed back option, which adds fabric to the floor on the back of the table. Closed back models are great for centrally located tables or situations where you want to store unsightly supplies under the display table. Our table covers are made for a great fit on a certain size table, but many customers are concerned about whether the cover will fit the table they happen to get from the trade show or conference. You don't need to worry about it not fitting because all of our branded tablecloths are adjustable so they can fit on different table widths with just some minor tucking under of fabric at the left and right edges of the table. There's no need for messy-looking velcro like inferior convertible table throws use. As long as you buy a cover that fits the largest table size you'll need to cover and you keep the printed area within the space available on the smaller table size, it will also fit and look great on smaller tables. For example, you could get an 8' table cover and also use it on 6' wide tables. With our digital dyeing process, any areas of the tablecloth which have custom printed content or need to be a particular background colour are completely dyed (both foreground and background are dyed) into white fabric. Unlike older, inferior methods, it is not possible to digitally dye white or other colours onto previously dyed (coloured) fabric - any areas in which custom content is required (logo, text, photo, etc.), OR areas which require a particular background colour that's not plain white, must be custom dyed. We use the latest technology instead of old-school production methods, and as a result the number of printed colours does not affect the price - 1 colour content is the same price as 4 colour photographic content! What does affect the price is how much of the cover is custom dyed. Since we're starting with white fabric and digitally dyeing the fabric for the imprinted areas before it's sewn, your content can completely fill the entire print area if you wish. There's no limit to what colours can be used or what areas can be custom printed, however you may have to select a different model if you want other sections of the cover custom printed. As with all our digitally printed fabric table graphics, the custom printed conference / trade show table cover is machine washable and ironable. The colours are permanently dyed into the fabric (not screen printed or pressed on the surface of the fabric like some inferior products) so it's very durable and will keep looking good for many years of use - and many coffee spills!
