Warranties & Returns


Warranties:

We stand behind our products and warranty them to be free from defects and workmanship issues as follows:

• banner stands: hardware 90 days to 3 years parts replacement and labour depending on model; graphics 1 year
• displays/backwalls: hardware 90 days to 1 year parts replacement and labour depending on model; graphics 1 year
• custom made/printed table graphics (covers, skirts, runners): 1 year
• economy table graphic products (covers, skirts, runners): 90 days
• sign frames: hardware 90 days to 1 year parts replacement and labour depending on model; graphics 1 year
• custom printed or dyed graphics (banners, flags): 1 year

For products determined to be defective, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If shipping is required, the customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the product to us and return shipping back to them.


New Product Returns:

We sell and produce quality products, but in rare cases there may be a need to return a new product. Products may be returned to us only after the customer requests and is issued a Return Merchandise Authorization. You may request this by emailing us with details of your purchase. You must include the following: order number (online store #/ invoice #), purchase date, reason for return, and condition (only brand new unopened, or open box new condition with full original packaging). Refunds only apply to the product being returned, and related costs (e.g. shipping, graphic setup charges) or peripheral items are not refunded. Used products can only be returned under "Warranties" guidelines above.

• products must be returned to us within 30 days of original order being received with an RMA number
• customer must provide proof of purchase (online store order #/invoice # showing purchase date)
• customer is responsible for shipping costs of returning the products to us
• all returned merchandise that is brand new and unopened will be assessed a restocking fee of 15% unless it is deemed to be defective
• open but new items have a restocking fee of 25% and must be supplied with all original packaging in new saleable condition otherwise they will be refused refund
• if non-qualifying products are returned to us which are refused return, the shipping costs back to the customer are the customers responsibility
• refunds will normally be issued within 14 days of merchandise receipt and will be issued in whatever method Signs Plus Inc. chooses (i.e. refund applied to credit card, e-transfer, cheque, etc.)
