These economy flame retardant spandex cocktail table topper caps are made from polyester / spandex fabric with a flame retardant coating to meet NFPA 701 fire code regulations. Our table caps are machine washable for easy care, and have elastic sewn around the perimeter for a snug fit and professionally serged edges sewn all around so they won't fray. The fabric covers the top and wraps down the sides and under the table top creating a clean, smooth and snug fit.

Your logo, text or graphics can be in any number of colours and also Pantone PMS colors can be used. The content is permanently dye sublimation printed directly into the top of the plain table topper cap. The maximum print area is 13.75" wide x 13.75" high and this provides a nice visible branding size for most wedding receptions, cocktail receptions and trade show situations. To print the logo or graphics it is best for it to be supplied in a vector file format. Vector files end in .ai, .eps or sometimes .pdf. Bitmap files like .jpg or .gif are not suitable unless they are re-drawn (vectorized) into a vector format and extra cost applies for this work.

We stock these economy unprinted spandex table topper caps in a size to fit the most popular 30" diameter round highboy cocktail tables. Since these are an economy model there may be some minor size variation between covers. They won't fit as perfectly as our premium custom-made Stretch Fit spandex table covers but they are generally designed to fit on standard exhibit tables.

These economy plain unprinted spandex table topper caps are usually stocked in your choice of 2 plain colours: White or Black, to complement most exhibit environments. The custom heat transfer printing is done in our own facilities and they are usually ready to ship in 3 business days. This production method can produce multi-colour or complex logos but only in a limited area on white fabric. Graphic Setup (layout, design, proofing) work is extra charge if required. You just supply us with your vector format (.ai, .eps or sometimes .pdf) logo and we place it in the template, size it correctly and create a proof for your approval. If you only have a bitmap format logo (.jpg, .gif) then we can vectorize the logo to get it in a usable form, then do the graphic setup as well.
